The day Star Wars fans everywhere have been waiting for is finally upon us: STAR WARS MIDNIGHT MADNESS AT TOYS“R”US! Things are off to a successful start with the first customers arriving at Toys“R”Us Times Square at 8am and at Toys“R”Us Mission Bay in San Diego at 11:45am, eager for the Star Wars festivities to commence.
Two Storm Troopers (one wearing a countdown clock) are patrolling New York City, greeting fans in Rockefeller Center and building buzz in Manhattan, while ComiCon attendees on the West Coast are feeling the excitement as the 12:01am unveiling of the newest Star Wars toys and games approaches.
